Channel mix by state — where Pro vs DIY skews

Construction employment as % of total state nonfarm employment is a clean proxy for how Pro-channel-skewed a state's home-improvement market is. High-share states (FL, TX, AZ, NV) have meaningful Pro-contractor populations and corresponding ticket-mix dynamics; low-share states (NY, MA, CT) skew DIY because the homeowner does the work themselves.
